1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RocketLister ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.



2. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account activities.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.



3. Service Description

RocketLister provides AI-powered listing generation and multi-marketplace posting services. We:

  • Generate product listings based on your inputs
  • Facilitate cross-posting to connected marketplaces
  • Store and manage product images via third-party storage
  • Do not handle sales transactions, customer service, or fulfillment



4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Provide accurate product information and comply with all marketplace policies
  • Not upload prohibited content (see Privacy Policy Section 5)
  • Maintain valid accounts with supported marketplaces
  • Ensure you have rights to all uploaded content
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations



5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Upload NSFW, illegal, or infringing content
  • Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt Service functionality
  • Use the Service for fraudulent activities
  • Violate intellectual property rights of others
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits



6. Image Upload Policy

  • All uploaded images become publicly accessible
  • NSFW, explicit, or prohibited content is strictly forbidden
  • We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate content
  • You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store and display your images for Service functionality
  • You retain ownership of your original images



7. Marketplace Connections

You acknowledge:

  • We require API access or credentials to connect to your marketplace accounts
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid marketplace accounts
  • We are not responsible for marketplace policy changes or API limitations
  • Some features may vary by marketplace platform


8. Marketplace Authentication & Token Storage

  • When you connect a marketplace account (such as eBay, Shopify, Etsy, Depop, or Vinted), RocketLister stores authentication tokens (OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens) to perform actions on your behalf. These actions include creating, editing, and managing product listings; uploading images; and retrieving product and category data from the connected marketplace.
  • You may revoke marketplace access at any time from the Connections page within your RocketLister account. Revoking access immediately deletes the stored authentication tokens and prevents any further API calls to that marketplace on your behalf. You may also revoke access directly within the marketplace's own account settings.
  • RocketLister does not store your marketplace login password at any time. All authentication is handled via industry-standard OAuth 2.0 protocols provided by the respective marketplace.


9. Free Tier Limitations

  • New users receive 10 free listing generations per month
  • Free credits expire monthly and do not roll over
  • We reserve the right to modify free tier offerings with 30 days notice
  • Free tier users may experience rate limits or queued processing



10. Paid Subscriptions

  • Subscription plans and pricing are listed on our website
  • Billing occurs monthly or annually in advance
  • No refunds for partial periods or unused features
  • You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice



11. Intellectual Property

  • RocketLister software, logos, and content are our property
  • You retain rights to your product listings and images
  • By using the Service, you grant us license to process and transmit your data to connected marketplaces
  • We may use anonymized data to improve our AI models



12. Data and Privacy

  • Our Privacy Policy governs data collection and use
  • You consent to our data practices as described
  • You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents for any personal data you process through the Service
  • We implement industry-standard security measures
  • Your product data (titles, descriptions, images, AI-generated content, and marketplace listing references) is retained for the duration of your active RocketLister account. You may delete individual items at any time, which removes the associated data from our systems.
  • Marketplace authentication tokens are retained while the connection is active. Disconnecting a marketplace immediately deletes the associated tokens.
  • If you close your RocketLister account, all personal data, product data, images, and stored tokens will be permanently deleted within 30 days of account closure.



13. Service Availability and Changes

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at our discretion
  • We are not liable for marketplace API outages or changes



14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We provide the Service "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months
  • We are not responsible for:
  • Marketplace suspensions or restrictions
  • Listing performance or sales outcomes
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • User errors or misrepresentations


15. AI-Generated Content Responsibility

Important: RocketLister utilizes artificial intelligence to generate listing content, including titles, descriptions, and keywords. Users acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI content requires verification: All AI-generated content must be reviewed, verified, and approved by the user before publication
  • Accuracy not guaranteed: While we strive for accuracy, AI may generate incorrect, inappropriate, or non-compliant content
  • User responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring all listings comply with marketplace rules, laws, and regulations
  • No AI warranty: We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be error-free, compliant, or effective




16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RocketLister, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Infringement of third-party rights
  • Your marketplace activities
  • Uploaded content violations



17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Upload prohibited content
  • Otherwise endanger the Service or other users



18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.



19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or Service notifications.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RocketLister regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreements.



22. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.
